($150.00 for 4 sessions (60 minutes)

Whatever you may be going through in life; personal or professional at times we may feel “stuck”. Coaching is a great way to have someone assist you in determining some of your blocks and provide you the tools to work through potential challenges you may face in your career or personal life.

Event Coordination
(Pricing to be determined based on packages created)

Someone who will be take the stress of an upcoming event off your hands and action a plan from the planning to action stages.  

Reflexology
($45.00 per 30 minute session)

Gentle pressure applied to specific points of the hands and/or feet which resonate with corresponding places of one’s body.

Retreats
(Pricing to be determined based on packages created)

These can be tailor made for you specifically or you can join one of the retreats we offer for our members.  These are created with individuals in mind, to ensure we can help disassociate from the daily pressures of work to release any stress and focus on healing ourselves from the inside out.  Activities may vary depending on the season.

Reiki

A Japanese literal translation is Wisdom and Life Force Energy.  Reiki is a pseudoscientific energy healing practiced working with energy fields around bodies. This can be done for long distance as well as local. 

Make Up Application
($150.00 per session)

With nearly 20 years of experience in the make up industry; creating a custom look for you be it a natural, soft glam, black tie, or even special effects for any desired event of just for fun!
